We are looking to appoint an experienced, highly-motivated Business Development Executive, who can actively secure new clients. We are a dynamic, creative digital agency currently undergoing a period of development and growth, and looking for a talented individual with great personality to join our team. If you are rigorous and determined in your approach and have a proven track record of delivering new business, we would love to talk to you.

Search and More is a boutique digital agency with a wide-ranging client base across many businesses sectors. We create holistic, digital marketing solutions that help our clients achieve outstanding results making a real difference to their businesses growth.

Working with the right clients is very important to us, and getting the fit right is key to a successful long-term working relationship – so we’ll need you to be able to get that, right from the start. The ability to research the target sectors, make the approach, pitch and win work will be essential, but we will support you all the way. Typically, we’d expect you to bring in two new clients a month after the initial settling in month.

This is a part-time opportunity for the right person with a £18 – 23,000 pro rata basic salary on offer, plus a generous commission, structured to help you want to achieve more.

Candidates must have 12 months experience of achieving and exceeding targets in New Business and will be enthusiastic and dedicated in their approach to converting leads and securing appointments. A drivers licence and own vehicle is a requirement for the role. Petrol expenses will be reimbursed. There is no vehicle being offered for this role.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Making quality outbound sales calls
  • Producing weekly reports for Managing Director
  • Managing your targets each week
  • Securing quality appointments based on market intelligence
  • Entering data into CRM system
  • Researching and connecting with key decision makers using social media and other specific marketing activities generated internally
